Congratulations are extended to Kobe Morris of the Victoria Bantam AAA Red Eagles, who was selected by the host and eventual champion Aldergrove Dodgers to play in the 2013 Western Canadian Bantam AAA championship. Aldergrove went undefeated, sporting a perfect 5-0 record, beating Regina 5-1 in the final.
Kobe, who had a very strong second half of the season, also had a very strong Provincial tournament to help earn him the selection. He is a second year Bantam AAA Eagle with talent and character and will likely be playing in the Premier Baseball League very soon. The Red Eagles, who went 1-3 at the Provincials, along with the entire Greater Victoria Baseball Community, would like to congratulate Kobe and send best wishes to all graduating bantam players.
